We are looking to employ a target-oriented and experienced individual to manage the assigned territory team and ensure that they meet sales targets. As a Partner of Focus BC, your responsibilities include recruiting and dismissing Sales Representatives as required, recognizing unmet client needs, and regularly submitting sales reports to the Sales Director. You should also be able to keep informed of the latest industry trends and determine their potential impact on clients' products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain solid working relationships with clients by ensuring that their needs are met
- Continually achieve or exceed sales targets by persuading consumers within an assigned territory to purchase clients' products and services.
- Interpret sales and marketing data to define the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
